Catherine Glastal is an energy healer and Reiki Master Teacher with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and the special needs community. Her path began as a mother searching for answers when conventional approaches weren't enough for her children. That search eventually led her to energy healing, angelic guidance, and, ultimately, Family Constellations.

Today, Family Constellations is at the heart of Catherine's work. As a facilitator, she helps clients uncover generational patterns and hidden family entanglements that may be quietly influencing their health, relationships, and sense of well-being. She believes that not every burden begins with the person carrying it and that meaningful healing often begins by understanding what lies at the root. Catherine continues advanced training with experienced facilitators because she views this work as a lifelong practice of learning, presence, and service.

Catherine's energy healing sessions draw on more than traditional Reiki alone. Working with Archangel Metatron and the loving presence of the Divine Mother, she weaves together Reiki and intuitive guidance into an integrated healing experience that is both grounded and deeply personal.

At the heart of Catherine's work is a steady, attentive presence. Through careful listening and intuitive insight, she helps clients gently explore what may lie beneath recurring patterns, chronic stress, illness, family dynamics, or life transitions. Her work invites clients into a wider perspective, where new understanding and meaningful shifts can begin.

Catherine offers:
