I am honored to help you navigate your healing journey. Like many of you, I came to alternative methods after exhausting many western medical practices. As a special needs mom, I have navigated through it all for my children’s wellbeing, including autism and other alphabet diagnoses, Lyme, mold, gut health, educational plans, therapies galore, and practitioners. You name it, I’ve probably dipped my toe in it.

Years of trying to find the healing magic bullet for yourself and your family wear you down, despite your best efforts to keep your chin up, put on a brave face, and continue to deal with all the regular day-to-day things that all moms deal with.

All this to say that I’ve been through the wringer. I get it when you come to me with illness, fatigue, and despair. I have learned to simply be with you when the feelings come – the tears and the truth. I have learned to listen intently and to follow what your body needs to heal itself.

There is no “one size fits all” in my work. But there is hope, comfort, and perhaps a new way of looking at life.
My Background
Having grown up overseas, including some time in Japan, I was familiar with Reiki and other cultural healing practices. But it wasn’t until I experienced the positive effects of my first Reiki treatment that I began to believe in the power of energy healing. Because of my personal experience off the beaten track with alternative healing, I look to find the root causes of your issues.

Since I first began treating clients professionally in 2013, my practice has expanded into the realms of angelic healing, releasing underlying energies that no longer serve, and examining generational entanglements.

I am a Reiki Master-Teacher certified to teach in White Light Reiki and Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and a certified Karuna Reiki Level II practitioner. I am certified in Archangel Metatron Color Healing Level II as channeled by Amanda Ellis in the UK ,and I frequently use the Archangel Metatron Color Healing sprays when I work. The Family Constellations modality has infiltrated all of my work, and as a certified Family Constellations Facilitator I help break down the ties of generational experiences and trauma to free your spirit and soul.
I am passionate about my work and want everyone to feel the beautiful effects of energy healing.
