Family Constellations

Family Constellations explores the patterns, loyalties, and entanglements within our family system that may be influencing our lives in ways we do not fully understand. Sometimes, out of deep love and a desire to belong, we carry emotions, pain, or patterns that go beyond our own experience.

Each constellation is different. People often describe feeling calmer and freer in their bodies, noticing shifts in their relationships, or feeling validated in something they've known deep down.
 

Any issue can be addressed using this methodology as long as the issue is close to your heart. The more succinct you can be in stating your issue, the more clear the constellation.

All of us have multiple and layered issues. It can be challenging picking just one. If you are having trouble formulating the issue, it is my job as the facilitator to help you get to the essence.

There are several ways to work with me:
 

Private Session:  This is a 1:1 private session with me either in person or online. These sessions generally last 1-1.5 hours.  Fee: $222/person

 

Online Focus Client Session: Explore your own issue in a group setting, with representatives participating online. Sessions generally last 1.5 hours. Fee: $275/person

Group Healing Circles: Public group constellations, held in person and, coming soon, online. You can participate as a Focus Client, Representative, or Observer. Fee: $65/person
